Benefits: Free on-site parking Golf membership Uniform provided In-store discounts Training provided Responsibilities: Assist in managing day-to-day retail operations, including but not limited to; start-of-day tasks, retail and customer service, golf bookings, food and beverage, end of day procedures. Maintenance of golf carts, ensuring they are clean, charged, and in good working condition. Addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and fostering positive relationships with members and guests. Utilising marketing expertise to develop and execute effective promotional campaigns to attract new members and guests. Requirements: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Experience in developing and implementing effective sales and marketing campaigns to drive social golf and membership sales Demonstrate excellent written and oral communication skills, strong computer skills and the personal qualities to work with a diverse member base. Strong work ethic with a diligent, punctual, and reliable approach, demonstrating a keen eye for detail. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
