We are looking for a Retail Assistant to join our client's Ulladulla site and provide support over the busy Christmas period. The role requires a reliable and enthusiastic individual capable of opening and closing the store, operating the cash register, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth store operations during the holiday season, helping customers, managing inventory, and creating a welcoming shopping experience.
This position starts as soon as possible and will continue through at least the end of January, offering a chance to be a part of a community-focused, purpose-driven organisation during an exciting time of year.
As a Retail Assistant you may be required to: Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment for our visitors and customers Assist with daily store operations including stocking shelves, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and organized store Operate the cash register, process transactions and handle cash Promote the values and mission of our client in all interactions with customers and colleagues Assist with visual merchandising and setting up of displays Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and support the needs of our community What we are looking for in a Retail Assistant: To be successful in this role, there are a few things we are looking for:
