Your Role Great career opportunity for an experienced retail managerSupport Vinnies's mission to deliver vital community servicesNot-for-profit salary packaging benefits that lower an employee's taxable income and increase their take-home pay.The Retail Area Manager will be based in Port Macquarie and will be responsible for overseeing a network of Vinnies stores from Tea Gardens up to Coffs Harbour and surrounding areas.
You will provide strategic direction and guidance to achieve and exceed sales/business objectives and grow strong retail teams.
Your proven success in managing multiple stores, achieving sales targets and leading and inspiring team members are highly critical to this role.
