About the roleWe require onsite support within our Sydney CBD-based customer service and warehouse team. Availability to work Mondays is required. Our customer service and warehouse team operate between Monday and Friday, 9:00 am to 5:30 pm.
Reporting directly to the Retail Support Manager, your primary responsibilities will encompass providing timely support to the OW retail store teams on matters concerning product availability, customer enquiries, and order processing. Additionally, you will keep the management team informed with precise updates on order statuses. You will also assist with quality-checking incoming orders to ensure our high level of operational efficiency is maintained at all times.
Key Responsibilities:Respond to enquiries from our store-based teams throughout Australia, Canada, and New Zealand.Respond to enquiries received directly from our customers via our websites and other digital channels.Greet and assist visitors to our head office.During periods of high volume ordering activity, you will assist our packing and warehouse team to pack and dispatch goods.Coordinate and facilitate periodic returns as well as inter-store transfers.About the personQualifications and Experience:Prior experience in retail customer service or stock management would be advantageous.Demonstrated attention to detail and strong organisational skills.Strong English written and oral skills.Proven capability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks concurrently.Ability to cultivate a cooperative and team-oriented environment.Technical Skills:Familiarity with basic MS Excel or Google Sheets.Familiarity with ZenDesk & Magento (CRM).If you are interested in joining a growing global network of optometry service providers, please apply.
