Role Overview: We are searching for a motivated and detail-oriented Retail Administrator to support Watsons Jewellers' retail service team and ensure seamless store and administrative operations.
This role is critical in maintaining the high standards of customer service that the brand is renowned for.
The successful candidate will work across the retail locations and the new administration offices on Saint John Street.
Key Responsibilities: Deliver exceptional customer service and communication Collaborate effectively within a team setting Manage payroll processes and oversee MYOB system Perform filing, manage creditors and debtors, handle banking, and conduct reconciliations Enter and manage stock data in the point-of-sale system Assist with HR document processing and data entry Operate independently with minimal supervision while adhering to efficient processes Proactively address any issues affecting customer satisfaction Exhibit a positive and adaptable attitude Organise tasks and manage time effectively to meet deadlines Candidate Profile: At least 3 years of experience in a similar administrative role Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail Proficiency in computer applications, including Excel and Word Self-motivated with a strong drive for results Ability to work autonomously Application Process: If this sounds like the next step in your professional career, please click APPLY NOW and follow the prompts.
