This opportunity is best suited to an experienced and passionate Account Manager or sales professional, that is analytical and forward-thinking with a drive to exceed expectations, promoting our appliance collection in key retail stores in the Southeast Qld area.

This role requires an experienced Account Manager with strong commercial acumen that can identify key trends in the appliance market in the Brisbane South/Gold Coast region.
This is where you come in… This role will be responsible for planning and executing Haier's retail strategy for key accounts, managing existing key account relationships to leverage growth opportunities. You will implement strategic plans for key accounts including annual sales targets, product placement, marketing, and promotional programmes.
The Retail Account Manager provides proactive support for all key accounts specifically with product training to drive product sales. You will provide regular reporting updates to the Regional Sales Manager, identifying key insights and innovative solutions that stand out from our competitors. As a brand representative, you will ensure Haier's merchandising and brand representation is achieved instore.
The successful candidate will have the ability to identify key insights and provide innovative solutions, ensuring a seamless, brand-aligned representation of our brand value proposition.
To be successful in this role, you will have: Experience as an intermediate to senior sales professionalHighly skilled in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint & PowerBIAbility to convert quality subject matter expertise into wider business activityExperience planning, prioritising, identifying & executing on high-value workAbility to translate strategic priorities into aligned plans for executionHigh level of competency facilitating and training group sessionsDemonstrated track record of growing a brandStrong organisational & time management skillsWe will provide you with comprehensive training and tools of trade to ensure you are set up for success. This role is critical to the continued success and expansion of Haier's presence in the market.
