We are currently looking for international expressions of interest from Restructuring Professionals where we can offer financial relocation assistance and visa support to join our National Restructuring team in either our Brisbane, Melbourne, Perth, or Sydney Offices.

Partnering with boards, management teams and financiers facing situations of financial distress, we quickly identify root causes, formulate turnaround strategies and implement value-maximising restructures.
We advise companies across all industry sectors and business sizes.

Have the opportunity to work on some of Australia's largest Restructuring engagements, learning from experts in the field.
What you will do Work as part of a multi-disciplined team to deliver complex business turnaround, restructure and insolvency assignments.
Interact with key stakeholders, such as management, employees, creditors and investors.
Share and apply industry and market knowledge to anticipate, identify and impact issues relevant to our projects.
Mentor and support and learn from junior staff in execution of task.
Champion and maintain compliance with key risk management processes.
Participate in and effect business development, including relationship development and opportunities research.
Who you are Hold a University Degree in Business or related subject.
Have commenced the Chartered Accountants Australia & New Zealand membership or international equivalent or have an interest to complete.
Demonstrated technical knowledge (ARITA Advanced Certificate or equivalent preferred).
Prior relevant experience within financial services, banking or insolvency/restructuring boutique environment.
Excellent written and verbal and listening communication skills.
Strong business and commercial acumen.
Ability to deal with sensitive matters confidentially and tactfully.
Comfortable with the complex.
