Marshall is a restoration company providing 24/7 restoration services and is seeking experienced Restoration Technicians to join our growing and progressive team.
Marshall , part of the Ambrose Construct Group, is one of the most reputable building and restoration companies across Australia, and a preferred partner to several of Australia's largest insurers. Our team members are some of the first responders to attend disasters and catastrophic events, specialising in insurance building repairs and restoration services. Our teams are involved in reinstatement works for damages caused by events such as flood, fire, water, mould, and catastrophic storm damage.
We are looking for someone with experience in handling Water, Fire, and Mould Damage in both commercial and residential sectors. IICRC Certificates are an advantage but not a requirement. While experience is preferred, it's not mandatory as on-the-job training will be provided and career growth opportunities will be available for the right person, including the opportunity to obtain IICRC certifications in restoration practices.

This will include but is not limited to mould remediation, fire damage restoration cleaning, water restoration, structural drying, manifesting, and contents restoration.

Marshall will supply: Vehicle Phone and Tablet Restoration equipment to complete works Day to day responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Perform emergency "make safe" works to mitigate further damage on initial attendance. Prepare detailed and accurate reports, scope of works, and quotations on damage and loss including inventory of contents. Carry out mould remediation, structural drying, and fire restoration services in conjunction with building reinstatement repairs. Maintain a high level of communication and liaise with major stakeholders, including insurer, loss adjuster, and insured. Set up, handle, and use specialised restoration equipment. Maintain a high level of Health and Safety, ensuring all industry standards are adhered to. Potential for regional and interstate travel required to provide support during catastrophic events. Respond to after-hours and weekend work on a roster schedule. Requirements: Background in building and contents restoration and/or background in cleaning/carpet cleaning preferred. Experience in carpet laying, the building industry, remediation works, bond cleaning, or trade background is highly regarded. Willing to travel for work. Respond to after-hours and weekend work.
