Our Business has grown to include Delgattie Estate – our luxury Hotel and Colhurst House.
We are currently seeking a focused Food & Beverage Team Leader (Supervisor) for our award-winning Restaurant and Food Service team.
Required experience and skills A flair and passion for delivering outstanding food and beverage service Strong beverage knowledge including Cocktail and Wine A strong appreciation for quality in all elements of your work Ability to train work effectively in a team environment Strong work ethic, excellent communication, delegation and time-management About you Passionate about food & hospitality Self-motivated with strong attention to detail Ability work in a fast-paced environment Outstanding personal presentation & punctual Be available to work week-nights & weekends Passion and willingness for further growth and development We offer flexibility in hours, with genuine opportunities for growth in a supportive family operated business – we look forward to hearing from great people who take pride in their work!
