Restaurant Supervisor

d'Arry's Verandah Restaurant is a magnificent hilltop restaurant overlooking d'Arenberg's vineyards located in the region of McLaren Vale, 45km south of Adelaide.  
The restaurant is open 7 days for lunch, and occasional evening functions by arrangement, therefore you will need to have an element of flexibility to accommodate changeable rosters and weekend work. 
We are seeking an experienced, dynamic and detail orientated Restaurant Supervisor to join our team, initially on a casual basis, 3 days a week. 
Requirements of the role include: 
Extensive supervisory experience in a fine dining environment, coupled with wine knowledge Capability to work collaboratively with the Restaurant Manager, other Supervisors and the Restaurant Team Flexibility to transition between duties as a key team member and supervisorAptitude for training front of house staffExceptional communication and organizational skills Ability to prioritize and work well under pressure, in a fast-paced environmentProfessional and knowledgeable approach This is a brilliant opportunity to be part of our dedicated restaurant team, who focus on providing an exquisite dining experience to our guests.
