Three Blue Ducks in Byron Bay are looking for a Full Time Restaurant Retail Assistant Manager to join our growing team at The Farm!
About us Three Blue Ducks is a group of passionate, sustainability-focused restaurants with locations across Australia. Our Byron Bay Location is set on an 80-acre farm and Macadamia Orchard with views of both the hinterland and Byron's iconic lighthouse.
The Produce Store is an extension of the Three Blue Ducks passion for providing the community with fresh, sustainably-produced goods and local produce. Located within the main entrance hall, The Produce Store stocks a variety of deli items, fresh produce (grown on The Farm and local area) and artisan goods and gifts from the surrounding area.
We are seeking a Full Time Restaurant Retail Assistant Manager to help oversee the efficiency of our sales floor in the Retail Store. You will be responsible for developing opportunities for customers, stock management, and product management & venue presentation, with your direct Report being the Retail Manager. Behind the scenes you will oversee retail operations, and be actively involved in building our sales team and providing them with the guidance and training necessary to provide exceptional service.
Qualifications & experience Previous retail supervisory experience is essential Responsible for cashier balancing Manage, coordinate and supervise staff rosters & shifts Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions Stock management including weekly ordering, recital and date rotation Management of suppliers, deliveries, invoicing etc Managing product and venue presentation and cleanliness.
