Both roles are looking for someone who is in it for the long run and develop within the company.Restaurant manager must have experience within a hotel or busy restaurant.Key Responsibilities:Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, ensuring a high standard of service and quality across outlets.Manage and lead a team of front-of-house and kitchen staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.Ensure smooth and efficient service, addressing guest concerns and requests promptly.Develop and maintain restaurant rosters, ensuring optimal staffing levels at all times.Train and mentor staff to ensure consistency and adherence to our high standards.Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure quality food and beverage service.Implement effective cost control measures to maximize profitability while maintaining quality.Requirements:Minimum of 3 years' experience in a restaurant management role.RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards of service.Passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction.Experience with POS systems and inventory management.Duty ManagerKey Responsibilities:Supervise and manage the day-to-day operations of the venue, ensuring smooth service across all areas.Lead and motivate staff, providing training and guidance to ensure exceptional customer service.Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and efficient manner.Assist with scheduling, stock control, and operational reporting.Work closely with the management team to ensure the venue meets its targets and objectives.Requirements:RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.Previous experience in a supervisory or duty management role in hospitality.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.Strong attention to detail and ability to manage a busy venue.
