Restaurant Manager

Trattoria Ilaria is an Italian restaurant with a traditional, classic, and authentic menu. We are located in the heart of North Perth and the most significant thing about us is that we want our guests to leave happy. We love food, we love wine, and even more than that, we love people!
We are looking for a full-time Restaurant Manager with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
Salary Offering: $73,000 - $80,000
About the Role
The Restaurant Manager is required to perform, but not limited to, the following duties:

Recruit and hire staff including chefs, kitchen staff, front staff, and bartenders as per the requirements.
Train and supervise employees on proper customer service practices and establishment procedures.
Consult with chefs and other staff on planning the menu and adding new items to keep up with trends and customer needs.
Plan and organise functions such as birthday parties, Christmas parties, and other private events.
Estimate budgets and goods required for the restaurant and order them with the vendor as per the requirement.
Ensure compliance with cleaning, safety, and health requirements for the kitchen and dining area.
Monitor inventory and ensure cash handling and financial reporting procedures are followed.
