Restaurant Manager

Position: Full TimeLocation: Port Macquarie NSWSalary: $70,000 - $80,000 a yearPort City Bowling Club is the only locally owned club within Port Macquarie CBD, offering great food, function facility and entertainment to the community.
They are currently looking for hardworking and dedicated Restaurant Manager to join their team.Tasks and Responsibilities:Coordinate and proactively manage the operation of the restaurant during scheduled shifts including front of house and back of house.Coordination of bookings (including functions and events).Generate customer satisfaction by responding appropriately to customer concerns.Appropriately handle any customer conflicts or issues that may arise.Train new employees and provide ongoing training.Stock purchasing and control.Support management to achieve targets/goals and maintain budgets and minimum stocks.Ensuring safety, sanitation, and security procedures.Develop and implement restaurant policies.Skills and Experience:Cert III in Hospitality or other relevant Management qualification.At least two years of relevant experience.Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Knowledge of OH&S requirements and instruction and carry out OHS requirements and 'lead by example'.If you think you meet the above criteria, please apply now.
