You'll collaborate with senior management to implement revenue-driving strategies while maintaining high standards of efficiency and service.Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth service flow and high standards.Open or close the restaurant, supervise shifts as the approved manager.Work with the kitchen to manage the flow of service.Ensure all staff follow procedures, delivering a quality fast & friendly service.Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff.Implement and monitor policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.Foster strong guest relationships to create a welcoming atmosphere.Innovate and implement service improvements to enhance revenue and maintain the venue's reputation.Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations, including RSA.Collaborate on promotional campaigns and marketing efforts.Foster a positive, customer-centric culture and resolve any customer complaints or issues.What We Are Looking For:Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar restaurant management role.Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.An Approved Managers red card is essential plus current police clearance.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities effectively.Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to exceptional customer service.What We Offer:At The Beachhouse @ SQ, we are committed to providing our employees with a supportive and rewarding work environment.
