FOH manager sought for Italian Seafood restaurant situated on the marina at Nelson Bay.Duties include:Supervision of a staff of 8-10 FOH personnel.Rostering.Stock Control.Maintenance of Stock Levels.Interaction with patrons to provide the best service possible.Managing bookings.Liaising with owners on menu, staff, sales, etc.Interacting with Executive chef regarding menu and service.Requirements:Minimum 4 years service in a similar role in a fine dining venue.Ability to work with and mentor other staff.Ability to communicate effectively with Chefs, staff, and patrons.Understanding of computer systems including POS, Excel & Word.Be well-groomed, punctual & reliable.Able to build trust with both staff and patrons.The position is
