The Company Overlooking the waterways of the Gold Coast, this long established venue is an Award Winning, family friendly venue with restaurants, bars, TAB, Gaming and liquor stores.
The Restaurant Manager will work across the venue and lead a professional team.
The Role The Restaurant Manager will work alongside the Venue Manager to ensure the high level of standards of service aligns with the Venues expectations.
The successful candidate will required to uphold and maintain the venue's exceptional reputation by fostering a positive, inclusive, and collaborative workplace culture.
You will have experience in guiding, mentoring, and developing staff into hospitality professionals while being able to oversee stock inventory and timely ordering and replenishment of stock.
You will be able to address and resolve customer complaints and thrive on creating a quality customer experience, while still being able to lead, manage and motivate a team.
Skills and Experience The successful candidate will be required to have, but not limited to the following attributes.
* Relevant Qualifications in Hospitality or Business / RMLV / RSA * Experience in Modern Dining / Cocktails / Wine / Beer * Leading and training a team / Experience in A la Carte dining and Functions * Able to use and manage P.O.S & Booking systems * Experience in running high-volume indoor/outdoor venues * Dynamic, energetic and positive energy and a hands-on leader Benefits and Culture * Competitive salary of up to $70k + Super * 4 day work week * Incredible waterfront location * Fun, energetic and professional team * Future growth potential Are you a strong supervisor with vision to grow and still willing to learn and develop, then this role maybe for you?
