The Company Overlooking the waterways of the Gold Coast, this long established venue is an Award Winning, family friendly venue with restaurants, bars, TAB, Gaming and liquor stores.
They attract locals and tourists from all parts of the Coast.

The Role The Duty Manager will play an essential role in the management of the venue.
They will be used to running very fast past venues and will be able to oversee the operations of the Bistro/Restaurants, Bars, Functions, Gaming and Retail outlets.
This role will involve training, leading and managing staff and also Security within the whole venue.
Previous experience in overseeing budgets, meeting KPI's and rostering will be key in managing the venue.
Your day to day duties will still require you to be hands on over the busy periods using your superior communication while still providing exceptional customer service.
Skills and Experience The successful candidate will be required to have, but not limited to the following attributes.
* Relevant Qualifications in Hospitality / RMLV / Approved Manger License / RSA / RSG * Experience in Dining / Cocktails / Wine / Beer * Able to use and manage P.O.S & Booking systems * Experience in running high-volume indoor/outdoor venues * Dynamic, energetic and positive energy and a hands-on leader Benefits and Culture * Competitive salary of $73,500 + Super * Fun and professional team to work with * 4 day working week * Future growth potential * Great Vibe of an amazing waterfront location Are you are wanting to be involved in management and looking for a challenge, then this role is perfect for someone who wants to work hard for a company that rewards its staff for effort.
