The role: Restaurant Manager - responsible for FOH & BOH Leading teams of 20+ across a fast-paced restaurant Managing operations, rosters, and financials Recruit, train & develop incredible people in your team Designing menus in collaboration with Chefs Organizing and coordinating special events Managing the procurement and pricing of goods in line with the budget Keeping track of stock levels and financial records Ensuring dining areas meet health standards, are clean, operational, and presentable Consulting with customers to gauge their satisfaction with food and service Hiring, training, and overseeing waiting and kitchen staff May handle reservations, welcome guests, and help with taking orders Skills and experiences: Strong and proven experience in Restaurant Management (minimum three years related working experience). Knowledge and understanding of contemporary food and beverage concepts. Strong work ethic; Excellent customer service and communication skills. Positive attitude, enthusiastic personality, and winning smile. Qualifications in Hospitality Management will be an advantage but are optional.
