We have a fantastic opportunity for a Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house team. Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Managing beverage operations, including stock control and maintaining cocktail standards. Overseeing food and beverage service to ensure the highest standards of quality. Providing expert wine knowledge and training staff in beverage service. Working closely with our Directors to implement and maintain restaurant policies and procedures. Organizing and managing events and private functions. Supervising floor operations and bar service. Ensuring a positive and engaging customer experience at all times. About You:
To succeed in this role, you should be a dynamic and experienced front-of-house professional with the following qualifications and skills:
A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate. At least 2 years of experience in a similar role or a supervisory capacity within a restaurant setting. Proficiency in POS and booking systems. Strong skills in inventory management and stock control. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and building relationships. Extensive knowledge of wine, cocktails, aperitifs, and digestives. Proven experience in bar and floor management. Competence in restaurant operations and staff training.
