Restaurant Manager

Restaurant Manager at Reputed restaurant - Mr Kebab Busselton (Halal); Excellent salary package of $74K plus super.
Reporting to the Owner, you will be responsible for the following duties:

Operation of the Restaurant's marketing strategies & promotion of the Restaurant's brand name.
Building relationships with existing and potential customers, coordinating, booking, and setting up client parties/special functions; social events.
Communicating with suppliers and other third parties to ensure goods are supplied within the specified standards. Checking stock levels and ordering supplies.
Managing training and monitoring compliance with SOP and OHSC regulations.
Managing records, sales/expenses reports at the end of shifts, and planning sales levels & profitability of the Restaurant.
Managing front counter and supervising front & kitchen staff, ensuring a consistently high level of service.
Planning and coordinating menus with the owner & Chef and advising customers on the menu.
Ensuring office equipment, high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health & safety are maintained.
Preparing the roster for staff.
Liaising with the accountant to provide timesheets, BAS, and financial statements.
Preparation of budgets and variance analysis of the shop and management reports.
Meeting with staff, customers, and suppliers to resolve any disagreements.
Making reservations, greeting guests, and assisting in taking orders of food and drinks.
Pricing and cost analysis of the products.
Organizing special events.
