Job Description
Cable Beach House is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Restaurant Manager. The successful candidate must possess:
Experience in food and beverage service and cellaring Sound knowledge of the F&B industry Experience in training and coaching other employees Exceptional leadership qualities and people management skills Strong administrative skills (ordering, rostering, stock control, etc.) Strong communication skills and attention to detail Ability to thrive under pressure and in a fast-paced environment Must have current RSA and Approved Manager License WA Who we are looking for:
The successful applicant will be able to work as part of a team as well as on their own and have previous experience in the hospitality industry. To be considered for this position you should possess the following attributes:
Strong customer focus and a passion for customer service (can-do attitude) Ability to work well under pressure Well presented Enthusiastic team player Strong communication and interpersonal skills We are looking for candidates who are available to work a full-time roster, including weekends and public holidays.
