From crispy roast duck to delicate stir-fried greens, each plate embodies the rich flavors and traditions of Cantonese cuisine, creating an unforgettable dining experience.Job Description:We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the culinary industry, exceptional leadership skills, and a proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.Responsibilities:Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.Hire, train, and supervise restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service.Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability while maintaining high standards of quality.Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner.Monitor food and beverage costs and implement cost-control measures as needed.Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop and update menus, specials, and promotions.Maintain a positive and productive work environment, fostering teamwork and professional growth among staff members.Requirements:Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry.Strong leadership and multicultural communication skills.Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.Knowledge of restaurant management software and POS systems.Understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations.Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.Candidates who are accepting multiculturalism.• Competitive salary based on experience.
