We are seeking a skilled and motivated Restaurant Manager to lead our team and uphold our standards of service excellence.
Position Overview:As the Restaurant Manager, you will oversee daily operations, ensuring an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Your leadership will drive staff performance, and you will work to maintain high standards in all aspects of the restaurant, from food quality to customer service.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee Daily Operations: Ensure smooth, efficient restaurant operations, delivering outstanding service.Staff Supervision and Training: Lead, mentor, and train staff, ensuring they adhere to service and quality standards.Inventory and Stock Management: Oversee inventory, manage stock levels, and coordinate ordering to ensure restaurant readiness.Health and Safety Compliance: Maintain a safe, compliant work environment, adhering to all health and safety regulations.Customer Interaction: Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally to enhance guest satisfaction.Financial Management: Monitor financial aspects, including budgeting, cost control, and profitability to support business objectives.Roster Management: Develop staff rosters and manage labor costs, ensuring adequate staffing levels.Menu Collaboration: Work with the kitchen team to refine and enhance menu offerings, ensuring authenticity and quality.Marketing Initiatives: Implement strategies to promote the restaurant, attract new customers, and retain loyal patrons.Requirements: A minimum of 1 year of experience working in a Chinese cuisine restaurant or similar environment.Knowledge of traditional Chinese cuisine and an understanding of Chinese food culture is a plus.Proficiency in Mandarin is highly desirable.Diploma or higher qualification in hospitality management or a related field.Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct a team.Proven experience managing a team of six or moreExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism and efficiency.Benefits: Competitive salary package based on skills & experience.Opportunity to work with a dynamic team passionate about traditional Chinese cuisine.Career growth and development opportunities within a growing company.If you are passionate about Chinese culinary traditions and have the experience to lead our team, we would love to hear from you.
