We are seeking a strong leader for the position of Restaurant Manager at a well-known venue in a beautiful Central Coast location.
Working with the General Manager, you will be well supported in the operations and growth of the business.
Your previous experience with modern Australian cuisine, strong operations knowledge, and leadership will see you as the ideal candidate.To Be ConsideredProven experience working with budgets and costs.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Eager for a new challenge and a hands-on approach.A strong understanding of the sequence of service.Full ability to work a rotating day roster, including weekends with the occasional night for an event.A great ability to lead, train, and mentor a young team.Bar/Cocktail experience is highly regarded.Above all, a professional and passionate approach to the role.The Offer: $85k + Tips
