Restaurant Manager Position
We're seeking an experienced and energetic Restaurant Manager to join our team at Dragon Inn Restaurant in Warrnambool.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service delivery Manage and train front-of-house staff Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints Maintain inventory and order supplies Create staff schedules and manage rosters Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations Monitor and maintain quality standards Process payroll and manage budgets Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of restaurant management experience Strong leadership and communication skills Experience with restaurant management software Food Safety Supervisor certification Proven track record in staff management Available to work flexible hours including nights and weekends Strong problem-solving abilities Cook Position
We're looking for a skilled Cook to prepare authentic dishes in our busy kitchen.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook menu items according to restaurant standards Maintain a clean and organised kitchen Follow food safety and hygiene procedures Manage food inventory and storage Work efficiently during peak service times Assist with menu planning and specials Monitor food quality and presentation Requirements:
Minimum 2 years experience as a cook in a busy restaurant Certificate III in Commercial Cookery (preferred) Familiar with Asian cuisine cookery Strong knowledge of food safety and handling Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Physical stamina and ability to stand for long periods Available to work weekends and evenings Team player with positive attitude Summary of role requirements:
Flexible hours available 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role Working rights required for this role Expected salary: $70,000 - $80,000 per year #J-18808-Ljbffr
