Key Responsibilities: Leadership: Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, customer service, and financial performance. Customer Satisfaction: Ensure a positive dining experience for every guest, from greeting to farewell. Team Management: Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team. Financial Management: Manage budgets, control costs, and maximize profitability. Quality Control: Maintain high standards for food quality, presentation, and service. Ideal Candidate: Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or Assistant Manager. Strong leadership and communication skills. Passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to providing excellent customer service. Knowledge of food and beverage operations and industry trends.
