Date: Thursday 7th November Location: Nando's Marion Time: Walk in anytime between 2pm-5pm What We're Looking For?
Experience: Previous supervisory role in a restaurant or customer facing industry, such as Shift Leader, Assistant Manager, or Restaurant/Lead Manager.
Leadership Skills: Ability to inspire effectively manage and work side by side with your team.
Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for clear communication.
Conflict Resolution: Capability to handle high-pressure situations and resolve conflicts efficiently.
Attention to Detail: Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
