As the General Manager, your leadership and passion for top notch food & beverage experiences will drive outstanding operating results to ensure the venue is a great place to gather and an awesome place to work.What you will be doing:You will play a pivotal role in driving the success of the hotel's restaurant, going beyond day-to-day operations to identify and capitalize on business opportunities. Your focus will be on developing innovative marketing initiatives that enhance our brand presence and attract new guests. Leading a dynamic team, you will ensure that we deliver exceptional service, outstanding food quality, and a welcoming atmosphere. This position requires strategic thinking, strong leadership skills, and a deep commitment to cultivating a reputation for culinary excellence.Below is a summary of your key responsibilities, along with any additional duties that may arise.1. Operational Leadership:Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring efficiency, quality control, and adherence to brand standards.Oversee front and heart-of-house operations, coordinating with chefs, culinary staff, and service teams to deliver seamless dining experiences.Champion Open Table, Silverware POS and Avero to ensure all systems are utilized effectively.Ensure the restaurant complies with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.2. Guest Experience:Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring every guest interaction reflects the brand standards.Ensure the restaurant ambiance is maintained according to season and time of day.Handle guest feedback, resolve issues promptly, and continuously improve guest satisfaction.Collaborate with marketing team to promote unique dining experiences and events.3. Team Management & Development:Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence, teamwork, and professional growth.Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching, and implement training programs to enhance service standards.Schedule staff to optimize service levels and maintain labor cost efficiency.4. Financial Management:Develop and manage the restaurant's budget, ensuring revenue goals are met while controlling expenses.Monitor daily sales, average check, labor costs, food costs, and inventory levels, implementing cost-saving and upselling strategies where necessary.Analyze financial reports, P&L statements, and KPIs to identify opportunities for increased profitability.5. Menu & Product Development:Collaborate with the Executive Chef to design and maintain a creative, seasonal menu that reflects both local and global culinary trends.Design and maintain a creative, seasonal beverage (wine, beer and cocktails) menu that reflects both local and global trends.Ensure food quality and presentation align with the brand standards.Manage vendor relationships to source the finest ingredients while maintaining cost control.6. Business Development:Create promotional campaigns, special events, and unique dining experiences that attract guests and enhance brand visibility.Stay current with industry trends and competitors to position the restaurant as a leader in the market.Work closely with marketing to promote and develop business.QualificationsYour experience and skills include:Minimum 3 years of management experience in a high-end restaurant or luxury hotel F&B outlet.Degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.Strong experience using Microsoft Office programs and Silverware or another POS.Proven leadership and team management abilities.Ability to drive projects from concept, development to execution.Strong financial acumen and experience managing budgets, P&L statements, and cost control.Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work under pressure and maintain high standards in a fast-paced environment.Passion for food, hospitality, and creating memorable guest experiences.Able to constantly stand and walk throughout the shift and work a schedule which reflects the business levels and needs.Additional InformationOur commitment to Diversity & Inclusion:We are an inclusive company and our ambition is to attract, recruit and promote diverse talent.Why work for Accor?
