Restaurant / F&B Manager - Hotel Canobolas THE OPPORTUNITY
We are looking for a passionate and experienced Venue Manager ideally with a background in managing Restaurant and Bar venues. Working with a highly professional and vibrant team, this is a hands-on role and a leadership position within the business. Your passion for delivering inspiring customer service will make you the ideal person for this role.
Leading a team of dedicated staff you will work closely with Hotel Canobolas management to enhance and grow the clientele and reputation of Bar & Bistro.
This is a leadership role and you will have responsibility for driving revenue, mentoring staff and continual improvement of our overall service and engagement strategy.

ABOUT YOU
• You are a passionate hospitality professional with 3+ years' experience in restaurant, bar &/or venue management.
• You have a proven ability to lead a large team of staff, made up of wait staff, food runners, bartenders.
• Known for having a creative approach to business and F&B service, an ability to think outside square and bring new ideas to the table.
• Experience in mentoring, training, and upskilling your team.
• You have a passion for great service, and a high level of wine knowledge will be an advantage.
• An ability to understand and anticipate customer needs and to be innovative in the fulfilment of these needs.
• Previous experience creating staff rosters and managing budgets associated with staffing requirements.

Hotel Canobolas is an iconic venue in Orange, NSW. The Hotel offers 45 stylishly appointed rooms, full bistro, pizza bar, sunny courtyard, vibrant front bar and a range of function spaces. Located in the heart of Orange's cosmopolitan CBD this is a multifaceted venue loved by locals and visitors alike.
