Our passionate team provide an exceptional food and dining experience for all our guests in a comfortable and professional environment.
Reporting directly to the Hospitality and Events Manager you will work with our team to maintain and achieve guests' satisfaction.
Tasks and Responsibilities Exceptional customer service focus with a can-do attitude, a positive mindset, and a keen eye for detail. Excellent presentation, communication, and organisational skills. Oversee the training and development of front-of-house staff. Maintaining service, consistency, wine and service knowledge. Develop strategies to streamline processes. Prompt resolution of issues in a professional manner. Complete rosters for front-of-house staff. Management of all bookings and handling guest feedback. Following and ensuring company policies and procedures are implemented. Meet revenue targets and KPI's set out by management. Management of POS system. Skills and Experience Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate and RP Badge. At least 2 years experience in a similar role in hospitality and or hospitality management or supervisory role. Tourism industry knowledge is an advantage. Experience and ability to provide exceptional customer service. Experience working and organising events and functions. Outstanding communication, organisation and leadership. Ability to work Wednesdays to Sundays. Wine Knowledge WSET training is an advantage.
