Responsible Management For Licensed Venues & Approved Managers License

At Omni Recruit, we provide exceptional experiences for our client's licensed venues on the Gold Coast.
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Responsible Management of Licensed Venues (RMLV) that also holds An Approved Managers License, to oversee the venue operations and ensure compliance with licensing laws while delivering top-notch service.
Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day operations of the licensed venue, ensuring adherence to all licensing laws and regulations.
Implement operational policies and procedures to enhance service quality and safety.
Create a welcoming and safe environment for guests, addressing any issues as they arise.
Closing procedures, count the till & secure the days taking in the safe.
Ensuring all windows doors etc are locked and secured.
Ensure compliance with health and safety standards (last drink times, ensuring all patrons have left the venue).
Checking in with security hourly and over seeing the safety of the crowd.
Qualifications: Previous experience in a Management role within the hospitality or events industry, with venue licensing experience.
Applicant must hold a RMLV & Approved Managers License Strong knowledge of licensing laws and health and safety regulations.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
