We are always looking for people who will bring great experience to WBE. We currently have staff in Brisbane, Melbourne, and Sydney and while we have a preference to build on those locations, we are very open to people in other locations.
About Us
We're bold entrepreneurs on a mission to mainstream jobs-focused social enterprise.
White Box Enterprises (WBE) exists because we want to build a world where every person who wants a job can get one. We build large-scale social enterprises from the ground up, lead innovative systems change initiatives, and offer expert advisory, financial, and property services to help existing social enterprises scale and grow.
In five years, we've helped enable more than nearly 820 new jobs, incubated four social enterprises, raised $51 million in blended finance for job creation projects, partnered with the federal government to build Australia's first PBO Payment By Outcomes trial for jobs-focused social enterprises, and hosted the world's largest social enterprise conversation – the 2022 Social Enterprise World Forum.
We currently have over 30 staff across 11 WBE entities, with an annual turnover of around $12m. We achieve results by being agile, responsible, and collaborative.
