We are dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care through innovative treatment. Our multidisciplinary team works collaboratively to provide holistic care tailored to individual patient needs. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Specialist in Respiratory and Sleep Medicine to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to run their own practice within our group, managing patients with a wide range of respiratory and sleep disorders. This position offers the flexibility to build and grow your own patient base while benefiting from the support and resources of a well-established medical group.
ResponsibilitiesProvide expert clinical care to patients with respiratory and sleep disorders, including asthma, COPD, sleep apnoea, and other complex conditions.Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop treatment plans, and implement appropriate interventions.Manage and grow your own patient base within our practice, with the flexibility to set your own schedule.Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care.Engage in teaching and mentoring residents, and other healthcare professionals.Contribute to quality assurance and improvement activities within the practice.RequirementsMedical degree with specialisation in Respiratory and Sleep Medicine.Current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).Fellowship of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians (FRACP) or equivalent.Demonstrated experience in managing a broad range of respiratory and sleep disorders.Strong clinical, research, and teaching skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage your own practice within a supportive group environment.Salary and BenefitsOpportunities for professional development and career advancement.Supportive and collaborative working environment.Access to on-site facilities (Sleep Hospital and Pulmonary Testing Lab) and resources.Flexibility to build and manage your own practice.On-site parking.How to ApplyApplication Process: Interested candidates are invited to submit a detailed CV and a cover letter outlining their suitability for the position.
