Here, you'll be part of the team, empowered to explore more, experience more and supported by your leader to grow and develop.The roleThe Resourcing Coordinator is responsible for utilising workforce planning systems to produce accurate and optimal Daily Shift Rosters and Duty Sheets for team members, ensuring efficient and cost-effective allocation of resources on a day-to-day basis.The role must quickly respond to changing environments and ensure resources are allocated in compliance with the relevant Enterprise Agreement and in consideration of specific departmental requirements to deliver best-for-Crown outcomes.You will be required to work on a rotating roster and shifts can be anywhere between 6am - 10pm (Monday - Saturday)Responsibilities include:Produce, publish and amend daily shift rosters and Duty Sheets to meet business unit requirements.Receive sick calls within WFP team hours of operation, ensure coverage as required and update rosters accordingly.Analyse daily shift roster to identify efficiencies and shortfalls to ensure best practice labour management.First point of contact for team member queries regarding day of operations rostering – triage, prioritise and action accordingly. This includes via phone and email.Correct roster errors or violations highlighted by VR work rules to ensure compliance prior to publishing daily rosters.Regular auditing and updating of data in VR against files and departmental information.About youYou'll bring the following:1-2 years experience working within a Workforce, Scheduling or Rostering environmentStrong Excel skills and efficient with MS OfficeExcellent customer service and stakeholder engagementStrong analytical and problem solving skillsExcellent attention to detail and ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesProficiency using Virtual Roster or similar rostering systems (advantageous but not essential)Additional InformationAs part of the interview process, you will be required to complete an Excel test.What you can expect from usOn top of exciting career possibilities, we offer better exposure to experiences and learning.
