As a Senior Research Consultant , you'll be a key player within a small, agile team, leading projects and client accounts. You'll take charge of the entire research process—from designing studies and crafting insights to presenting actionable recommendations to clients. Beyond project work, you'll contribute to business growth by preparing winning proposals and pitch decks. You'll enjoy mentoring and elevating the work and thinking of junior researchers.
Project Mix Diverse Scope: Domestic and international research projects. Focus Areas: 20% Brand Tracking, 80% Ad Hoc (e.g., Brand Positioning, Communications Evaluation, Concept Testing, Pricing Research, Choice Modelling, Segmentation, Usage & Attitude Studies, CX & UX Research). Methodology Split: 80% Quantitative, 20% Qualitative. What will you bring? Experience: Min 4-5+ years in a market research agency environment.
Skills: Strong quantitative expertise with proficiency in Q or SPSS (qualitative experience is a plus).
Client Engagement: Skilled in account management, client communication, and delivering insightful research reports.
Mindset: Proactive and curious, with a problem-solving attitude and a desire to embrace innovative research methods.
Collaboration: A team player who thrives in a dynamic, small business environment.
