What You'll Do: Oversee the smooth running of daily park operations. Ensure an exceptional guest experience and continuously enhance the customer journey. Maintain optimal staffing levels and ensure the resort is effectively structured to exceed guest service expectations. Focus on fostering a positive employee culture and improving retention. Establish, monitor, and manage key business performance indicators. Ensure the safety and well-being of all guests, visitors, and employees. Manage and develop staff at all levels, demonstrating proven leadership skills. Oversee asset management, focusing on the protection and preventive maintenance of key assets and buildings. Manage financial budgets, including incremental revenue targets, labour and operating costs, and monthly re-forecasts. Lead capital works project management, including the renovation of the new hospitality precinct and caravan park. What You'll Bring to the team: Extensive experience in a senior management role within a holiday park, resort, or similar tourism-related environment. Proven track record of leading successful teams and maintaining a positive culture. Strong initiative, organisational, and advanced planning skills. Flexible attitude with a passion for hands-on operational work and exceptional guest relations. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven financial and strategic management abilities. A hands-on leadership style, capable of effectively communicating and managing staff at all levels.
