About the Role This is an exciting opportunity to join CFA as a Resolution Support Business Partner (RSBP).
This is a critical role within the People Experience team where you will address complex people-related issues, fostering early intervention and effective resolution.
The role involves the development of solutions when assessing sensitive complaints, forming preliminary views, and overseeing procedurally fair investigations.
You will bring expertise and have a strong commitment to an excellent client experience.
You will possess the skills needed to effectively manage and resolve issues while upholding the highest standards of service offering and delivery.
Notable strengths in application include emotional intelligence, analytical thinking, effective communication, empathetic listening, conflict resolution, and problem-solving aptitude.
Specifically, you will conduct thorough and transparent investigations, assuming the pivotal role of Case Manager.
Your responsibilities will extend beyond formal matters to include local issues, where you'll play a hands-on role in coaching CFA members, facilitating discussions, and fostering mutually agreed-upon solutions.
With a comprehensive understanding of governance, you will ensure alignment with policies, legal standards, and uphold the CFA's behavioural expectations.
As an integral part of the People Experience team, the RSBP collaborates with stakeholders, facilitates programs, and tailors People Plans to cultivate a safe and inclusive environment.
About You You're a professional problem solver with a passion for resolving conflict and fostering positive relationships.
With a background in Human Resources or customer service possibly gained in finance or banking, you bring strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, making you a trusted business partner to individuals and teams.
You have a demonstrated ability to quickly navigate organisational environments and work independently.
You thrive on coaching, mentoring, and supporting others, especially in navigating complex challenges and sensitive situations.
With excellent communication skills, you're comfortable delivering presentations, facilitating training, and driving collaborative, innovative outcomes.
Your experience includes working in a complex services organisation where you've successfully developed solutions that balance business needs, HR and IR requirements, and risk management.
You have a proven ability to influence key stakeholders, even in the face of resistance, and a knack for juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
