We are seeking a dynamic commercially-minded Business Partner, who will play a key role in building our fast-growing Anko Global business.

Reporting into the Head of Commercial – Anko Global, this role will be responsible for development of commercial and strategic analysis for new customer accounts, and for the ongoing refinement and communication of the Anko Global strategy and forecasts.

Partnering with sales teams across North America and Europe and broader Anko Global teams across Australia, India, Philippines, and China, successful candidates will have the ability to manage multiple projects and time zones.

What you'll be doing
As a Commercial & Strategy Finance Business Partner working with Anko Global, you will be:
Developing, coordinating and maintaining financial analysis in relation to new business opportunities incorporating pricing, margin, commercial terms and cost of doing business.
Contributing to the development of business cases to support execution of new commercial contracts.
Coordination of the Anko Global strategic planning as part of the overall Kmart Group and Wesfarmers corporate planning process.
Supporting the preparation of quarterly strategy reports for Kmart leadership and board.
To be successful in this role you'll have:
Experience in a commercial or strategic role.
A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (e.g.
: Finance, Commerce, Project Management, Economics).
Strong commercial acumen and good understanding of underlying P&L drivers.
Excellent, hands-on financial modelling and strategy development capabilities.
Ability to synthesise information to assess options, undertake problem solving and develop clear recommendations.
Proven experience managing complex projects from initiation to delivery.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage cross-functional teams.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
