THE ROLE
An opportunity exists to utilise your trade background and experience as a residential Site Manager.
In this role you will manage material deliveries and on-site sub-contractors, as you oversee the construction of our quality homes.
In doing so, you will liaise closely with our clients and internal departments to ensure that homes are built within budget and agreed time-frames.

Your key duties will include:
Managing the overall site performance of our home construction process Running multiple projects with the assistance of the Construction Manager Ensuring that works adhere to all contractual agreements and approved drawings Managing sub-contractors, trades and suppliers to maximise site productivity Inspecting completed works during the build process to ensure quality workmanship at all times Ensuring a safe work environment at all job sites ABOUT YOU
To be successful you will need to be customer focused, well organised, have strong people management skills and of course hold relevant qualifications, a solid understanding of OH&S requirements and proven experience as a Site Manager within the residential industry.
You will also have:
5 years + experience in the building industry as a Residential Home Site Supervisor Excellent attention to detail, particularly in understanding plans and execution Strong project management skills, knowledge of building regulations, OHS regulations and QA systems Substantial knowledge and understanding of the processes and standards involved in the construction of residential homes The ability to proactively identify any problems that may occur during construction and create a detailed and compliant solution Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work autonomously Reflect the company's culture including honesty, reliability and solution-focused customer service Good computer skills and knowledge of a tablet systems, the Microsoft Office suite & Companion is desirable We know that our success lies with great people, expertise, and the highest levels of integrity, honesty and sustainability.
