As a Site Foreman, your first project will be our Mittagong townhouse project, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our new development: a complex of 8 townhouses.About YouSite Foreman or Leading Hand looking to progress.ResponsibilitiesCoordinating and supervising construction workers and subcontractors.Ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.Upholding quality control, health, and safety standards on-site.Problem-solving on-site issues and providing technical guidance.Reporting progress and issues to upper management regularly.RequirementsProven experience as a Site Foreman, with a track record.Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and blueprints.Adept at conflict resolution and decision-making.Relevant qualifications in Construction Management or related fields are desirable.End-to-end site management.Must be willing to travel to the site in Mittagong, 6 days per week.Must have a vehicle.What We OfferA competitive salary package.Opportunities for professional growth and development.A dynamic and supportive work environment.Participation in high-profile projects in a growing company.
