As a Site Foreman, your first project will be our Mittagong townhouse project, where you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our new development: a complex of 8 townhouses.
About You Site Foreman or Leading Hand looking to progress.
Responsibilities Coordinating and supervising construction workers and subcontractors. Ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget. Upholding quality control, health, and safety standards on-site. Problem-solving on-site issues and providing technical guidance. Reporting progress and issues to upper management regularly. Requirements Proven experience as a Site Foreman, with a track record. Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and blueprints. Adept at conflict resolution and decision-making. Relevant qualifications in Construction Management or related fields are desirable. End-to-end site management. Must be willing to travel to the site in Mittagong, 6 days per week.
