We are looking for an inspirational leader for our Hamilton Hill High-support Accommodation. This is your opportunity to drive positive change, enhance team culture, and elevate the quality of care for our residents.

Key Responsibilities: Leadership & Culture: Cultivate a collaborative and supportive work environment, inspiring your team to deliver outstanding care while promoting MSWA's core values.Staff Development: Recruit, train, and mentor staff at all levels, ensuring continuous professional growth and effective communication across the team.Client Outcomes: Oversee the development of tailored support plans, ensuring residents' rights and dignity are prioritised while achieving optimal outcomes.Operational Excellence: Manage budgets and resources efficiently, continuously seeking improvements in processes to enhance service delivery and team effectiveness. Your Toolkit: Certificate III or IV in Disability Services (or equivalent)Current driver's license and vehicleProven experience in managing disability accommodationDemonstrated experience in assessment of needs and care planning.Strong skills in team management and staff developmentExcellent communication and interpersonal abilitiesProficient in computer literacyA tertiary qualification in nursing or a related field and experience with crisis management might just give you the edge!
