We are seeking an experienced LLC Sales Consultant to join us at one of our newest land lease community located in beautiful Hervey Bay.05th December, 2024About the roleWe are seeking an experienced Land Lease Sales Consultant to join our Vantage team based at our newest community located at Hervey Bay, QLD.This is a full-time permanent opportunity working Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Sunday.Skills and ExperienceYou will have a proven track record of success in land lease or retirement living as a preference; while residential sales will be considered. Your ability to build effective relationships with customers and community is key and you will thrive working in a fast-paced environment.To be successful in this role you will also have:An understanding of land lease communities and how they operateA passion for customer service and building communityExcellent communication (verbal/written) and interpersonal skillsEnergy and excitement in attending customer eventsConfidence in networkingStrong negotiation skillsOngoing customer account managementStrong ability to multi-task and manage competing prioritiesIntermediate MS Office skills (Word/Excel)Experience using CRM (preferably Salesforce)Solutions focused approach to problem solvingSound financial acumenTo be eligible for this role you must be able to work 5 days per week including Sundays with flexibility to work a varied roster if required.
