Residential Property Manager

We are seeking a qualified Residential Property Manager who can provide a high level of customer service, is extremely well-organised with focused attention to detail. The right applicant will be offered career development opportunities to grow within our business.
As a valued team member, your portfolio will include approximately 90 rental properties in the Karratha region. We are currently a small team dedicated to friendly service, providing a welcoming work environment and have a keen eye for future growth in the region.
Your role will include, but is not limited to: Liaising with tenants, owners and trades as required Monitoring arrears Scheduling and conducting viewings, inspections, PCR's, finals and general appointments Negotiating lease agreements and renewals Organising and monitoring maintenance requests Approve invoices for payment Arranging valuations and appraisals Day to day running of the portfolio We're seeking candidates who have the following attributes: A Property Management Registration Certificate (interstate license accepted) Property Management experience Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop relationships Strong written and oral communication skills Professional approach with a positive attitude Driven, motivated and career oriented Ability to work unsupervised and within a team Willingness to learn and show initiative This position is full-time from Monday to Friday.
Salary $100k + Car + Fuel + 11% superannuation
