We are seeking a qualified Residential Property Manager who can provide a high level of customer service, is extremely well-organised with focused attention to detail. The right applicant will be offered career development opportunities to grow within our business.
As a valued team member, your portfolio will include approximately 90 rental properties in the Karratha region. We are currently a small team dedicated to friendly service, providing a welcoming work environment and have a keen eye for future growth in the region.
Your role will include, but is not limited to: Liaising with tenants, owners and trades as requiredMonitoring arrearsScheduling and conducting viewings, inspections, PCR's, finals and general appointmentsNegotiating lease agreements and renewalsOrganising and monitoring maintenance requestsApprove invoices for paymentArranging valuations and appraisalsDay to day running of the portfolioWe're seeking candidates who have the following attributes: A Property Management Registration Certificate (interstate license accepted)Property Management experienceStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop relationshipsStrong written and oral communication skillsProfessional approach with a positive attitudeDriven, motivated and career orientedAbility to work unsupervised and within a teamWillingness to learn and show initiativeThis position is full-time from Monday to Friday.
Salary $100k + Car + Fuel + 11% superannuation
