$75- 90K + Super + Extras The Position Your responsibilities in the role of Property Manager include: Managing a well-maintained property portfolio based in the Inner West Dedicated Leasing Consultant & VA Assistants for you Nurture relationships with new and existing landlords and tenants Manage repairs and maintenance Rental arrears management Managing bond claims and attendance at QCAT when required The Person The ideal candidate for the role of Property Manager will have: A current QLD Certificate of Registration or Licence A reliable car and a valid driver's license Excellent communication and presentation skills The ability to build strong relationships with external and internal clients Highly organised with strong attention to detail Impeccable time management and organisational skills Knowledge of/experience working in the Inner-City marketplace is ideal To apply: Jessica Mayes ****** 0411 589 051 All applications will be held in strict confidence, only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
