We are looking for a leader of our brand new 144-bed aged care residence opening in Mandurah in May 2025!
As the Residential Manager you will lead our team at Mandurah Community Aged Care located in the suburb of Dawesville, Mandurah, to provide quality care to our residents.
About the Role: Starting in February 2025, you will join our highly skilled team to prepare the home for it's grand opening.
With access to the latest technology, a skilled team, and robust head office support, you will be well-equipped to set up the home to open in May 2025.
Post commissioning, you will manage the daily operations of the home.
Your strong business acumen and meticulous attention to detail will be essential in ensuring that the home meets its goals.
You will leverage your extensive knowledge and experience to navigate the accreditation process and uphold the high standards of care provided to our residents.
You will benefit from the support of an experienced commissioning team, along with close collaboration from Operations, Support Services, Quality, HR, Finance, IT, and Funding within our growing national organization.
