Residential Life Manager - Student Experience Specialist

About the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Residential Life Manager to join our team at UniLodge. As a key member of our ResLife team, you will play a vital role in enhancing the student experience and creating a supportive and inclusive community for residents.
Key ResponsibilitiesLeadership and Support: Provide leadership and support in the management and development of pastoral care programs and academic support within the university portfolio.Event Planning and Management: Develop and implement events and activities that promote a balanced variety of events and enhance the residential life experience.Program Development and Implementation: Ensure the Residential Life Program calendar meets the minimum standards of the university's Student Accommodation Operating Requirements (SAOR) each month.Reporting and Budgeting: Assist the General Manager Portfolio in the preparation of monthly and annual reports, as well as the submission of the annual Res Life Strategic Plan, which incorporates the Annual Budget.Team Building and Development: Build a high-performing team through recruitment activities, coaching, and developing a high-performance culture.Stakeholder Engagement: Establish and maintain constructive and productive working relationships with all key stakeholders.Crisis Management: Attend to emergency situations, such as fire alarms and requests for assistance from residents and colleagues.RequirementsEligibility to work in AustraliaNational Police Check (obtained within the last 3 months)Working with Children CheckWhy UniLodge?At UniLodge, we value our people and strive to create a positive and inclusive work environment.
