Program Manager - Child And Family Service

About the Role:
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Program Manager to lead the operational delivery of Out of Home Care services in the ACT. This role focuses on delivering high-quality outcomes for vulnerable children, young people, and their families.

Key Responsibilities: Leadership: Provide support, supervision, and development to the Out of Home Care services, ensuring the delivery of positive outcomes.Continuous Improvement: Implement and drive continuous improvement initiatives based on data analysis, client feedback, and evidence-based practices.Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government departments, funding bodies, and external service providers.Cultural Responsiveness: Ensure culturally safe practices are in place, particularly in working with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities.Risk and Compliance: Ensure that the risk and management policies and procedures are standard with the OOHC compliance standards.Qualifications and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field (Postgraduate qualification highly regarded).Significant experience in organizational leadership within the child protection and/or family services sector.Proven ability to manage multiple programs and teams, with a focus on outcomes and continuous improvement.Experience in the delivery of evidence-based programs and out-of-home care services.Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.Benefits of the Role: Great location close to the ACT centre.Extra day off for Christmas and Easter.Car allowance up to $15,000.Flexible work arrangements. #J-18808-Ljbffr
